You must fill out an accident report, which determines each driver's responsibility and involvement in the accident. You'll find the accident report form in the glovebox of the car:
Take photos of the damage to your car and the third-party's car.
Call the owner to inform them. You'll complete Drivy's damage report together at the end of the rental.
If the car can no longer be driven, contact Drivy's roadside assistance (see the instructions on the Assistance page. The AA will organise for the vehicle to be towed, as well as further transport for the passengers.
The owner will then fill the damage report on Drivy's website. We might get back to you to request a statement about the circumstances of the accident if necessary.
If you're not responsible for the accident, you won't have to pay anything.
If you are responsible, there will be an excess to pay, and additional management fees may be applied.
