What should I do if I can’t sign in to my account?

There are three reasons why you might not be able to sign in:

  • Your password is incorrect: Click on ‘Sign in’ then, ‘Forgotten password’. You’ll then receive an email to reset your password.
  • You're trying to sign in using the wrong email address. You might have already created a different account with us during your last booking, for instance, by using your Facebook account. Check your other email accounts to find the one you used for signing up with Drivy.
  • Access to your account is temporarily suspended after multiple failed login attempts. See how to unlock it.
